In the practice of graphic design, I was challenged with making brand guidelines for a theoretical small business. I went with a small plant store that features a fun communal cafe. Their main profit comes from the plants they sell, but they also want customers to come in and treat it like a space to relax. This meant the branding had to reflect a simple design that brings in a target audience of young adults while still having the energy to engage with them. The end product is a flower logo that utilizes the Flames typeface to give it that radical hippie spin.
